INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

PERINATAL
MENTAL HEALTH

As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician, I’m equipped with the knowledge and experience to support you through the complex and deeply personal terrain of reproductive and family planning. Whether you’re making decisions about starting a family, navigating pregnancy, exploring Assisted Reproductive Technology, coping with fertility challenges or loss, adjusting to parenthood, or facing life without children, I’m here to walk alongside you. My passion for this work is rooted in my own reproductive journey. Having faced the emotional, physical, and financial strain of infertility myself, I understand just how overwhelming the path to parenthood can be. Without compassionate, informed support, this journey can deeply impact our mental health, relationships, and sense of self. Anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self-worth, and difficulty managing daily life often become part of the reproductive experience—and for some, these struggles extend into pregnancy and parenting as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Wherever you are in your story, I offer a space to explore fears, grieve losses, nurture hope, and honor the joys and sorrows of this season.

Therapy with me is a judgment-free space where you can begin to notice patterns—in yourself, your relationships, and the ways you move through the world. Together, we’ll explore challenges around decision-making, creating and sustaining healthy relationships, identity development, living in alignment with your values, setting boundaries, building self-esteem, and cultivating shame resilience. Along the way, we’ll identify practical tools to support your overall well-being. I offer support in areas including anxiety, depression, grief, family and relational dynamics, identity exploration, sexuality, gender identity, and personal growth. My approach is Client-Centered and Eclectic, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Feminist Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness practices, and both Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. I view therapy as a healing relationship—not a quick fix. Because of this, I focus on building trust and connection as a foundation for meaningful, lasting change—at your pace and in a way that feels authentic to you. When working with teens, and when appropriate, I invite collaboration with parents or caregivers through check-ins and communication outside of sessions.

EATING DISORDER
RECOVERY

Whether you’ve struggled with an eating disorder in the past, feel stuck in painful patterns with food or exercise, or have long-standing body image concerns—I’m here to help. Many of the clients I work with in recovery have previously engaged in higher levels of care, have moved away from active behaviors, and are now ready to explore the deeper roots of their eating disorder. I offer a space for continued healing: one that supports skill-building, provides accountability, helps maintain or re-establish a treatment team, and holds room for reflection and growth. Together, we can work toward a more peaceful relationship with food, movement, and your body—so you can live a fuller, more connected life. My approach is weight-inclusive, fat-positive, anti-diet, and grounded in the belief that health and healing are possible at every size. I also recognize that eating disorders don’t occur in a vacuum. Rigid gender norms, anti-fat bias, and systemic racism deeply shape our relationships with our bodies, our access to care, and our sense of safety and belonging. These intersecting dynamics deserve thoughtful, compassionate attention in the therapeutic process. Patterns of disorders eating and exercise exist on a spectrum, and for some, outpatient therapy may be the right fit; for others, a higher level of care might be needed. I’ll always be honest with you about what level of support seems appropriate and will help guide you toward the resources that best meet your needs, even if that means connecting you elsewhere to start. The National Eating Disorders Association is also a helpful resource for learning more about eating disorders and levels of care.

FAMILY THERAPY

Every family moves through seasons where extra support can make a meaningful difference. Whether you're navigating major life transitions, parenting growing children, blending households, or coping with the ripple effects of individual challenges—family therapy can provide a space for connection, healing, and growth. Each member of your family brings a unique temperament, set of experiences, and personal strengths. In my work, I draw from Symbolic-Experiential and Structural Family Therapy to support families in improving communication, strengthening relationships, and creating more sustainable, supportive dynamics. I’d be honored to walk alongside your family on this journey. I also offer parent coaching as a standalone service or as a complement to family therapy, providing additional tools and insights for caregivers.
